I confirm that I have been patch tested or had tinting before at Lily's Beauty & Aesthetic, I understand I should not have the service if I have allergies with tint colours.I understand that there is a risk that I may experience a negative reaction from the tinting services provided, to me by Lily's Beauty & Aesthetic. Some reactions that may occur include bruising, redness, swelling, scabbing, pimples, raw skin, or rash. We nevertheless desire to receive the service and agree that lily brow bar shall not be responsible for these or any of the reactions that I may experience. I understand that I should not expose my skin to hot tubs, baths spas, pools, the sun, or indoor tanning for at least 48 hours after receiving the service.This is a release, discharge and hold harmless Lily's Beauty & Aesthetic from all claims of liability of any nature for any to the service/s, damages, or injuries relation to the service/s. by signing the release: I understand that I am giving up my right to sue for any claims, damages, or injuries related to the service/s.
